Spunky The Clown, a.k.a. Mr. Belanger, a graduate of the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Clown College, is one of the best family-style entertainers in New England. Spunky is always in demand, with his inimitable one-man show, his slapstick comedy and his hip, new vaudeville style. He is a popular entertainer, who has performed at the White House numerous times.
